Never go one day without live foods.They are foods that are not cooked at all.
Fruits and vegetables should be as part of your life as that picture I told you about.
Your body uses the best food to sustain your good health.
Even if you eat junk food, your body will keep the healthy foods and eliminate the bad ones.

Attitude is everything, absolutely everything.
Find people you think look old and out of shape and listen with both ears to how they talk. You will understand what this tip is all about.
